We love Q cars. There is no better joy than pulling up at the lights and smoking a new BMW or Lexus in your boring looking 4 door or hatchback! This Lancer here is another example of Sleeper done right! 

When you say Lancer, you instantly think Evo. The Evolution is a crowd favorite over here in Paradise Island, and a young Arshad always wanted one.

His combination of Evo running gear with Lancer MX body styling has resulted in quite the creation! 

From the outside to the normal civilian this is a very well looked after silver Mitsubishi. But one who knows cars well will look twice at the big wheels and at the inter cooler that hides behind a black mesh.

If you peek inside you will find these body hugging Recaro seats in place. 

An assortment of stickers for various tuning firms adorn the car. 

 17inch OZ wheels on a Lancer you ask?

The closer you look, the more reasons to believe that this isn't your run off the mill Lancer ! 

Evo V Brembo brakes combined with slotted discs aid in stopping this deceitful Lancer! 

Makes quite the spectacle on the move too! 

Some simple side skirts and rear bumper lip completes the sleeper look. Having no spoiler keeps this car under the radar! 

You need to have X Ray vision to really know whats hiding under the bonnet. Since the car runs quite the factory spec exhaust, you cant even hear this Lancer coming! 

Arshad has gone to the extent of installing a Evolution IV running gear in the car. 

Clearly he likes to keep things clean under the bonnet too! 

Power still only goes to the front wheels, it is manageable to say the least. Arshad does plan to go AWD soon! 

Stepping inside gives you a reminder that you're not behind the wheel of a normal Lancer. 

The interior has been given the full Evo treatment. This includes the Recaro bucket seats, Momo steering wheel, dash and door cards and different instrumentation. Arshad has even converted the roof to house the optional sunroof which is a nice touch! 

Must be nice to drive a car like this that looks so unimposing to the rest of the world, but drop a cog and put you foot down and let the rest of the world flash past by you, quickly. Very quickly!
