Deep Blue Love!

I foresee if my day is good by the cars i see on the road. If i see a Subaru it means my day is going to be very good! As you know im a Subaru mentalist and Impreza WRX STI fanatic. So when i got the chance to shoot Razali Iyne's newly acquired STI 6 i was over the moon! And Oshan joined in on the fun with his sexy B4 that we featured earlier.

This is her on the left! Beauty aint she? Now the question lingering in all your heads right now is whether its an original or a convert.

And believe it or not its a convert. I was shocked at first too.

I for one is a person who appreciates a proper convert. And so does Razali. This is by far one of the best conversions done so far. The attention to detail is mind blowing.

Just look at it! I have fallen deeply in love with her.....

Mind you this is an STI 6, the last incarnation based on the GC Chassis, which i believe is by far the best and most favourite among the Subaru community of Sri Lanka.

Everything on this car is exactly how it would have looked like the first time it rolled out of the showroom.

Even the very rare STI front wing badge is present.

How can you not love a side profile like that eh?

If you were wondering, the car sits lower thanks to original pink springs from STI. If you peeked at the undercarriage of this you would find a lot of Pink bits on it!

Pick your poison ladies and gents! Il have both thank you very much!

The two cousins ready for a face off!

Still cant stop looking at her!

Looks like a cannon from this angle!

Even the interior of the car has seen the same treatment as the exterior. The seats, dash, door cards, and even the carpet have been swapped for the original STI bits. Even the windscreens and all the glass has been replaced too. Amazing!

You need those when your hurling your self around at 160+ !

Did i mention that even the pedals are STI too!

Oh and how can i forget that lovely exhaust!

So as we let the cars cool down after a little bit of fun i realized how cars can connect like minded people. And that's what i love about car culture around the world. Since i started my photographic journey in life i have made so many new friends and all of them very interesting people who all share one main thing. The love for four wheels.
Long live the Subaru and Car Culture.

And a big Thank you to Razali Iyne and Oshan Goonetillake
